Course Description

Innovation comes to the preparation of the several documents needed for the Physical Security of BES Cyber Systems. This course shows how to read the standard in an algorithmic, color-coded method to produce all the attributes that auditors ask for by name:

• Supply Chain Cyber Security Risk Management Plan
• Risk Assessments of Transmission stations and Transmission substations

Labs show participants the practice of perfectly organizing documents for CIP-013-1 in an auditable manner that minimizes the NERC Regional Audit challenge. Breakout sessions allow sharing lessons learned.
